An Architecture student with a deep passion for design and innovation from a global perspective.
With a passion for hotel architectural design from an early age, this has channelled my building
design interest in creating visually captivating and functionally commercial spaces. I wish to
contribute to designing hotels that enhance guests’ overall experience, elevating their enjoyment
and comfort. Genuinely passionate about architecture, I am continuously integrating my interests
and various design domains to enhance my creative approach.
Current Work Experience
Cotswold Wildlife Park, Burford, Oxon (2019 – Present)
Restaurant & Retail areas. Excellent customer service across all areas of the commercial
business including managing the gift shop, admissions, parking, communicating with
phone customers, food preparation and service. Fast paced environment multi-tasking,
advanced skills in teamwork and customer service. Qualified in radios and health and
safety.
Cotswold Cheese Company, Stow-on-the-Wold, Glous. (2023 – Present)
Retail manager including service of food, maintenance of the shop, stock ordering and
customer service skills. Advancing management skills, self-reliant and honest.
Architectural Projects
2x Design Technology Best in Year Awards, Burford School (2016 / 2017)
A Level significant project:
Designed a sustainable floating housing development looking at how accommodation
could be eased in overcrowded cities.
University project:
Devised a sustainable housing initiative in Plymouth’s city centre incorporating innovative
design elements, such as flat roofs and repurposed car park spaces, to create a socially
conscious housing project.
Plymouth Stone House project:
Focused on integrating sustainability within a school setting. Visited the proposed site for
development, reviewed specifications, provided cost effectiveness and sustainability,
communicated with the client to produce high quality designs
Design Work Experience.
Rutherford Appleton Laboratories (RAL), Didcot, Oxon. (June 2018) Work experience in
the Technology department, utilised CAD to design a bespoke flange part for testing in arocket. Required adept accuracy as the part was vacuum sealed for use in space. CAD
and CAM design inc Solidworks software.
MEB Design, Oxon. (2023-current) Currently in contact with two local architects for work
experience focusing on renovating churches, schools and larger buildings. Their projects
range from +£1m primarily focusing on sustainability with a modern twist.
